Jordan Stanton - Owner
Jordan Stanton RN, PBC, PN1 is the owner of Strength Union, owner of Next Level Barbell, and Powerlifting United (PLU) Judge and Meet Director. Elite powerlifter, competitive BJJ athlete, coach to multiple world champions and world record holders. Previously a critical nurse, Jordan utilizes his extensive medical knowledge to the benefits of his clients. He believes that looking strong and being strong are awesome and worthy of pursuit.
Austin Williams - Head Coach
Austin Williams is a full time coach, family man, and competitive powerlifter. Austin coaches a team of hard working lifters, ranging from absolute beginners to state and national record holders. Austin specializes in a “power-building” style of training that is geared towards building a big total with a physique to match. He utilizes a mix of targeted accessory work and performance nutrition interventions to assist his clients in reaching their strength and aesthetic goals. When Austin is not in the gym you can find him training his dog Samson or hiking with his family.
Megan Moraga - Staff Coach
Megan has a passion for fitness that began over a decade ago. She brings extensive experience in personal training, specializing in strength training and performance enhancement. Since 2015, she have immersed herself in the world of fitness, competing in powerlifting and gaining valuable insights into bodybuilding. Through multiple performance internships and hands-on coaching, Megan has refined her skills in designing personalized training programs for both one-on-one sessions and small group classes. Her approach combines technical knowledge with a dedication to fostering holistic wellness and sustainable lifestyle changes. Outside of fitness, Megan enjoys spending time with her pup and expanding her horizons through reading. She is eager to bring her passion for fitness and diverse experience to Strength Union, where she looks forward to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Zachary Mason - Staff Coach
Zachary is a former collegiate athlete and current competitive powerlifter. Zachary earned a B.S. in Biology in 2021, completed certifications for personal training and nutrition with ISSA in 2022, and is currently working towards a Strength and Conditioning specialist certification from the NSCA. Zachary has spent close to 14 years involved in strength training and conditioning, both as an athlete and a trainer. Zachary works in biotech manufacturing and works with the Gladstone high school football team as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Zachary’s training philosophy puts a hard focus on establishing the fundamentals of strength training and sensible nutrition to allow his clients to be able to train harder, smarter, and safer. In his spare time, Zachary enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.”
