The Introduction to Strength Training is the best place to start and will teach you everything you need to know to effectively strength train. This 2-hour private instruction includes the fundamentals of performing the four main barbell movements, strength programming, nutrition, gym safety, and more.
From there our coaches can recommend the best fit for you, whether that is Open Gym, Team Training, or continued Personal Training.
